Description
When you’re running implements that need power at steep angles or constantly changing positions, regular U-joints just can’t keep up with the twisting and vibration. That’s where constant velocity joints come in—they keep power flowing smoothly even when the driveline is working at extreme angles. This Cat 4, 80-degree CV driveshaft is built for those demanding applications where smooth power transfer is critical for both performance and equipment longevity.
What You’re Getting
- 80-degree operating angle capability handles extreme positioning without vibration or binding
- Category 4 heavy-duty construction for higher horsepower tractors and demanding implements
- Weasler doesn’t cut corners on PTO components because they know what happens when driveline parts fail
- Auto-Lok tractor connection makes hooking up quick and secure
- Protective guard included keeps you safe and meets OSHA requirements
Built for Real Farm Work
This driveshaft is designed for Series 35 PTO systems on tractors that need to power implements at challenging angles. Whether you’re running a rotary cutter on steep terrain, operating a post hole digger that needs to work at various angles, or powering equipment that moves through wide ranges of motion, this CV joint keeps things running smooth where regular driveshafts would shake apart.
Made to Last
These components are built to handle repeated engagement cycles, temperature swings, and the constant stress of transferring power through changing angles. The materials resist wear and fatigue so your driveshaft keeps protecting your equipment season after season. The splined connections are machined to exact tolerances for smooth operation without the slop that causes premature wear.
Installation Notes
This is a direct replacement unit that connects to your tractor’s 1-3/8″ 21-spline PTO and your implement’s 1-5/16″ 20-spline input. Make sure to grease all fittings before first use and check that the guard rotates freely around the shaft. The Auto-Lok connection locks automatically when you push it on—you’ll hear it click into place.
