Good to Know

Clean the input shaft thoroughly and apply a thin coat of high-temperature grease before installation – never force the bearing onto the shaft as it should slide on smoothly. While you have the clutch apart, inspect the fingers and pressure plate for wear, and check clutch adjustment after installation.
