Description
There’s nothing worse than watching your implements slowly sink while you’re trying to get work done. That sluggish three-point hitch response or the constant need to hit the lift button tells you one thing – your hydraulic lift cylinder seals are done. When seals wear out, implements drift down, reduce lifting capacity, and create messy external leaks that waste expensive hydraulic fluid. This complete seal kit gets your New Holland T7 lifting like new again.
What You’re Getting
- Complete seal set to rebuild your lift cylinders to factory condition
- High-quality seals engineered to handle the heat and pressure of modern hydraulic systems
- Both internal seals for maintaining pressure and external seals to stop fluid loss
- Direct replacement components – no modifications or guesswork needed
Built for Real Farm Work
Your T7 series tractor’s hydraulic system gets a workout every day. Whether you’re running a T7.165 with a front loader, lifting heavy implements with a T7.210, or managing tillage equipment on a T7.190, those lift cylinders cycle constantly. The constant weight transfer during loader work and torque loads from various implements all work to wear out seals. This kit brings back the lifting power and responsiveness you need for efficient operation.
Made to Last
High-pressure seals are manufactured from materials specifically chosen for hydraulic service – resisting the heat, pressure, and fluid compatibility challenges of modern systems. The kit addresses both internal seals that maintain pressure and external seals that prevent fluid loss. Quality components ensure rebuilt cylinders provide years of additional service.
Installation Notes
Cylinder rebuilding requires cleanliness above all else – any contamination causes rapid seal failure. Disassemble carefully, noting orientation of all seals. Inspect cylinder walls for scoring that would damage new seals. Clean all components thoroughly. Install seals using proper tools to avoid damage – never use sharp objects. Lubricate with clean hydraulic fluid during assembly. While cylinders are apart, consider rebuilding both sides – they have equal wear. Change hydraulic fluid and filters after rebuilding to remove any contamination.
