Good to Know
This is an in-frame rebuild, which means you can do the work with the engine still in the tractor. You’ll need to have the cylinders bored .020″ over, but that’s typically less expensive than pulling the engine. Check your cylinder condition first – if wear is excessive, you might need to go to .030″ or consider sleeves instead.
