Description
When your Ford TM’s air conditioning starts blowing warm or cutting in and out on those hot summer days, chances are good the receiver drier is saturated and can’t do its job anymore. This little component sits quietly in your A/C system, working around the clock to pull moisture out of the refrigerant and catch debris before it can damage your compressor. When it stops working, your whole A/C system suffers – and so do you.
What You’re Getting
- Direct replacement drier that fits all TM series models from TM115 through TM190
- Desiccant material that actively absorbs moisture from your refrigerant system
- Internal filter that catches contaminants before they can score your expensive compressor
- Proper capacity matched to Ford TM A/C system requirements
- Sight glass (where equipped) for visual inspection of refrigerant flow
Built for Real Farm Work
Your Ford TM series tractor was designed to handle serious work in all conditions, from the TM115’s versatile 115 horsepower up to the powerful TM190. These machines spend long days in dusty fields, and that factory A/C isn’t just about comfort – it’s about keeping you productive when the heat index soars. This receiver drier keeps your cooling system running efficiently whether you’re cultivating corn, baling hay, or running the grain cart during harvest.
Made to Last
Farm A/C systems take a beating from vibration, temperature swings, and constant operation. This receiver drier is built to handle it all, with quality construction that matches OEM specifications. The desiccant material stays active longer, and the internal filter effectively traps debris without restricting refrigerant flow.
Good to Know
Always replace the receiver drier any time your A/C system is opened for service – the desiccant starts absorbing moisture from the air the moment you break those refrigerant lines. Don’t remove the protective caps until you’re ready to install. Make sure to evacuate the system properly (at least 30 minutes at 29+ inches of mercury) to remove all moisture before recharging with the exact amount of refrigerant specified for your TM model.
