Description
When you start noticing oil spots where you park your tractor or smell hydraulic fluid around the PTO area, those worn PTO seals are trying to tell you something. A leaking PTO doesn’t just waste expensive fluid—it can starve your transmission of lubrication and let contaminants in that’ll cause real damage. This essential PTO seal pack contains three precision-engineered seals that prevent oil leakage from the power take-off system, ensuring reliable operation and maintaining proper lubrication in demanding agricultural applications.
What You’re Getting
- Complete set of three seals—everything you need for a proper PTO service job
- Quality rubber compounds that won’t fail when the heat and pressure build up
- Double-lip design that keeps oil in and dirt out, even when you’re working in dusty conditions
- Precision-molded fit that seals tight without binding or causing excessive drag on the PTO system
Built for Real Farm Work
The T6000 series provides proven performance for diverse agricultural applications with robust PTO capabilities for powering various implements. The TM series tractors (115 to 190 horsepower) deliver dependable power for intensive farming operations requiring consistent PTO performance for heavy-duty implement operation. Case IH Maxxum series tractors provide mid-range power with advanced PTO systems for diverse agricultural operations, while Puma series tractors offer sophisticated PTO control for precision farming applications. MXU series tractors deliver reliable utility performance with robust PTO systems for implement operation in demanding agricultural environments where consistent power delivery and leak-free operation are essential for productivity. Whether you’re running a hay baler, brush hog, or manure spreader, these seals handle the constant rotation and varying loads that come with real farming.
Made to Last
The precision-engineered design ensures consistent sealing pressure throughout the operating temperature range, preventing premature wear and extending component life. Superior material properties resist degradation from exposure to hydraulic fluids, heat, and pressure cycling typical in agricultural PTO applications. These seals are built to handle the temperature swings and fluid exposure that destroy cheaper alternatives, giving you reliable sealing season after season.
Installation Notes
This is a complete PTO overhaul job that requires dropping the PTO and splitting some cases, so it’s worth doing when you’re already doing other transmission work. Clean all the seal surfaces thoroughly and check the PTO shaft for wear grooves that could cause the new seals to leak. Apply a thin coat of hydraulic fluid to the seal lips before installation to prevent damage during assembly.
