Description
When you’re building or rebuilding a telescoping PTO driveline, the tubing is where power meets precision. This star-shaped profile tubing is exactly what you need to get that smooth power transfer your implements demand. Whether you’re fixing a shaft that’s been bent by a tree branch or building a custom-length driveline for a unique application, this Weasler tubing gives you the flexibility to get back to work.
What You’re Getting
- Star-shaped profile that ensures positive power transfer without slippage
- Heavy-duty construction with 4.3mm wall thickness handles serious torque loads
- 39-inch length gives you plenty of material for custom applications or repairs
- CV Category 6 rating means it’s built for demanding agricultural use
- Precise tolerances ensure smooth telescoping action in your driveline
Built for Real Farm Work
This tubing fits the Walterscheid 2400, 2500, and 2600 series drivelines you’ll find on everything from heavy-duty rotary cutters to forage harvesters. The star profile design locks securely with its mating components, transferring full engine power without the slippage that wears out round shafts. It’s the same tubing that goes into complete drivelines from the factory.
Made to Last
Weasler doesn’t mess around with PTO components – they know lives depend on quality. This kit includes precisely machined crosses that maintain exact 90-degree angles and the same attention to detail goes into their tubing. The star profile maintains its shape under load, and the thick walls resist the twisting forces that can destroy lighter tubing when you’re pushing hard through heavy material.
Good to Know
This is outer tubing for 2400/2500 series and inner tubing for 2600 series applications – make sure you’ve got the right combination for your specific driveline. Most shops can cut this to whatever length you need with the right tools. If you’re doing the work yourself, a cutoff wheel works fine, but clean up any burrs that could catch on seals or cause binding.
