Description

If you’ve noticed your PTO slipping when you’re running that big round baler or rotary cutter, the problem might be hiding in your clutch pack. This steel separator plate is one of seven that work together in your PTO clutch pack, sandwiched between the friction discs to transfer power reliably to your implements. When these steel discs get warped from heat or worn thin from use, you’ll lose that solid power transfer you need for heavy work.

Key Features

  • Precision-ground steel construction handles the heat and pressure of heavy PTO loads
  • Exact thickness maintains proper clutch pack clearance for smooth engagement
  • Heat-treated to resist warping that causes hot spots and uneven contact
  • Direct replacement for your original clutch pack – no modifications needed
  • Works with both New Holland T7 series and extensive Case Maxxum and Puma models

Built for Real Farm Work

Your T7000 series tractor in the 115-140 HP range is built for serious fieldwork where traction makes the difference between getting the job done and calling it quits. Compatible with New Holland models: T6010-T6070 Delta/Elite, T6.120-T6.180, TSA series Delta/Deluxe, T7030-T7060, T7510-T7550, T6030-T6090 Range/Power Command, and Case models: Maxxum 100-140 (including EP variants), MXU100-135 (including Pro/XLine variants). Whether you’re baling hay, chopping silage, or running a big mower, these tractors demand clutch components that won’t quit when the going gets tough.

Made to Last

These replacement steel plates are manufactured to exact specifications with proper heat treatment to resist warping under extreme loads. The quality steel construction dissipates heat effectively while standing up to the repeated engagement cycles that come with demanding PTO work. You’ll get the same reliable performance as your original equipment.

Installation Notes

If you’re ordering these steel plates, you should plan on a complete clutch pack rebuild – replacing just some components is false economy. You’ll need seven of these steel plates plus seven friction discs for a complete job. When reassembling, alternate steel and friction plates, starting and ending with a friction disc. This is also a good time to check your hydraulic fluid – contaminated fluid from worn clutch material will damage your new parts quickly.
